Lakewood home prices fell in May 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2021 in Lakewood fell by $39,750 while total sales decreased by 92.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2021, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $372,750 - a 9.6% decrease over the $412,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 54 homes sold in Lakewood in May 2020.
